Thermoplastic is materials that becomes soft when heated and hard when cooled. They can be cooled and heated several times.
Thermoplastic materials like Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), Polystyrene (PS).

A) PVC Plastisol PVC Plastisol (BYK)

For better processing and quality of final PVC plastisol products.
BYK supplies:
•    Wetting and dispersing additives for pigments and fillers, 
•    Viscosity depressants, 
•    Air release agents 
•    Defoamers
•    Rheology modifiers to avoid sedimentation and pigment separation

B) PE Cables PE Cables (AkzoNobel)

AkzoNobel offer a range of organic peroxides for the crosslinking of LDPE-based cable compounds (XLPE, PEX, VPE). 
Recommended peroxides are:
•    Dicumyl peroxide (Perkadox BC) 
•    tert-Butyl cumyl peroxide (TRIGONOX T) 
•    Di (tert-butylperoxyisopropyl) benzene (Perkadox 14)

C) Color Masterbatch Masterbatch (BYK)

Solid or liquid additives for plastic used for coloring plastics, mainly based on PE/ABS/PP/PVC/PS.

D) Elastomers (EVA- NR- SBR) Elastomer (AkzoNobel)

AkzoNobel offers wide range of crosslinking peroxides for the curing (vulcanization) of rubber and elastomers.

AkzoNobel products are mainly used to crosslink:

  • EVA- Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer AkzoNobel products used for curing (vulcanization):
  • NR- Natural Rubber
  • SBR- Styrene butadiene rubber
